Any information provided by Users will only be used by Neptune Group Ltd or its subsidiaries (the "Neptune Group") in accordance with Neptune Group's Privacy Policy Statement as detailed herein.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

The Neptune Group takes the privacy of its Users seriously. This Privacy Policy explains the Neptune Group's practices in relation to the use of Users personal information that User may provide to the Neptune Group through the use of the Site. This policy applies to all Users of the Site and may from time to time be updated, revised, reposted and changed when and where the Neptune Group deem necessary.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal data means any personally identifying information or sensitive data (such as names, occupations, addresses, contact details, company information and credit card information, from which it is practicable for the identity of the individual to be ascertained, but also may include other information and data). Personal data will be collected from Users only if Users register as a member of the Site or when Users furnish the Neptune Group with their personal data.

If Users are under the age of 13, the Neptune Group recommend that such User(s) seek prior consent from their parent or guardian before providing any personal data.

The purposes for which the Neptune Group may use the data include but are not limited to:
i.	application, termination and continuation of the use of the Site and membership of any club organized by the Neptune Group ("Neptune Group Club") (if any);
ii.	processing billing and payment;
iii.	handling and following up service calls, enquiries and complaints;
iv.	other promotions of the Neptune Group's operations and participation in the Neptune Group Club in connection with the use of the Site;
v.	Neptune Group's future marketing purposes and that of third parties; and
vi.	verification of Users' identities.

The Neptune Group will also keep Users' personal data to enable the Neptune Group to contact Users in future to advise Users of future products or services that Users may be interested in. If Users do not wish to receive such promotional mailings, Users should contact the Neptune Group to have their name withdrawn from such promotional mailing lists.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

The Neptune Group will not disclose any personal data that the Neptune Group obtained from Users to any third parties unless for the provision of products or services or otherwise where the Neptune Group have specifically indicated on the materials that the information will be provided to other third parties involved in making arrangements for the provision of products or services, other companies and organizations (including but not limited to advertising agencies), which may wish to provide marketing materials to Users. Subject to the above, when personal data is obtained from Users, the Neptune Group will take all reasonable practical steps to keep the personal data confidential.
